Tram transport restriction on Pekařská street
Due to the rail replacement, tram traffic will be excluded from 6:00 on Saturday 19 October 2024 until 17:00 on Sunday 20 October 2024 and will be restricted in Pekařská street.
Tram lines 5 and 6 will run in the section Česká – Poříčí with a two-way diversion via náměstí Svobody and Hybešová street.
• The stops Šilingrovo náměstí, Nemocnice u svaté Anny and Mendlovo náměstí (line 5 going to Ústřední hřbitovu) will be omitted.
• The stop Česká will be served on platforms 5/6 (in front of the Church of St. Thomas).
• The stop Hlavní nádraží will be served at the mouth of Masarykova street.
• On the diverted route, both lines will serve all regular tram stops.
• Connections of line 5 normally terminating at Mendlovo náměstí will terminate at Nové sady loop.
Bus line x6 will provide alternative transport on the route Česká – Mendlovo náměstí – Poříčí.
• In the direction of Poříčí, the buses will follow the regular route and stops of lines 5 and 6, only the stop Šilingrovo náměstí will be served in the passing lane of Pekařská street.
• In the direction to Česká, the buses will follow the regular route of lines 5 and 6 after the stop Nemocnice u sv. Anny, then they will travel along Anenská, Leitnerová, Hybešová and Husová streets with service to the stops Hybešová, Šilingrovo náměstí (in Husova street) and Česká.
Buses of lines x4 and x6 will serve the stop Šilingrovo náměstí in the direction of Mendlovo náměstí in the passing lane of Pekařská street.
