Transport changes from 27 April 2024
Change of transport organisation between Brno and Kuřim
As a part of a new transport solution prepared by KORDIS JMK, a new regional bus line 304 has been established from 27 April 2024, serving the route Kuřim, Podlesí – Kuřim, TOS – Kuřim, železniční stanice – Česká, Hlavní (transfer to line 41 towards Lelekovice) – Brno, Řečkovice (transfer to line 1 towards the city centre) – Brno, Řečkovice, nádraží (transfer to line S3 towards Brno hl.n.).
• Line 71 has been cancelled in this context. Connections of the original line 71 have been replaced by new connections of line 41 in the section Královo Pole, nádraží – Mácova.
• Connections of line N91 going formerly to Kuřim are newly diverted from the stop Mácova to the stop Ivanovice, Globus. At the stop Mácova, transfer to night connections of line 304 towards Kuřim is possible at selected times.

Trolleybuses to Soběšice
As a part of the pilot electromobility project, trolleybus line 30 has been extended from Královo Pole to Soběšice along the route of line 43 from 27 April 2024. Operation is provided by partial trolleybuses.
• Line 43 has been cancelled in this context.
• The stop Královo Pole, nádraží towards Soběšice is served at platform 7 (the stop of lines 72 and 84 towards Lesná).
• The stop Mojmírovo náměstí towards Soběšice has been permanently relocated approximately 80 metres forward (to the beginning of the bridge over Sportovní street). This stop is newly served also by bus lines 72 and 84 towards Lesná.

End of the tram diversion to Obřany
Tram line 4 again serves its regular route all the way to Obřany from 27 April 2024. Selected connections terminate at the loop Maloměřický most.
• Night bus line N94 between the stops Vozovna Husovice and Maloměřický most passes through Dukelská and Valchařská streets in both directions from the night of 26/27 April 2024.
• The stop Tomkovo náměstí for lines 4 and N94 remains relocated to the intersection Dukelská × Hálkova in both directions, the stop Cacovická has not been re-established.
• Bus line 72 between the stops Tomkovo náměstí and Maloměřický most continues to run through Karlova street in both directions. The line no longer serves the stops Obřanský most and Babická, selected connections terminate at the stop Poliklinika Lesná.
• Diversion bus line x45 ceased its operation, all connections of line 58 go again all the way to the stop Židenice, nádraží.
End of the tram diversion to Stránská skála
From 27 April 2024, operation of line 10 to Stránská skála has been re-established. Selected connections remain routed to the loop Novolíšeňská during the peak hours.
• Diversion bus line x10 ceased its operation.
End of the bus diversion at U viaduktu street
From the night of 26/27 April 2024, operation of lines 78 and N95 between Tuřany and Chrlice has been re-established.
Seasonal operation opening
• On selected non-working days, retro vehicles from the collection of Dopravní podnik města Brna are deployed on lines 10 and 25.
• On selected connections of line 57, extended bicycle transport has been introduced on non-working days.
• The seasonal operation of line 80 has been re-established on the route Česká – Hrad Špilberk (operation always on non-working days from 9:30 to 17:30).
